Exchange and return policy
For online purchases you have up to 30 days (from the day you received the product) to manage an exchange or return.
For online purchase changes, you can come directly to the store or send the product by mail attaching the receipt to Nueva Costanera 4010, Local 6, Vitacura, under the name of Camille.
The shipment must be made with the possibility of tracking. The Camille store is not responsible for the non-receipt and/or loss of the product during its delivery journey.
ANY RETURN OR EXCHANGE IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
- Only unused, unwashed and undamaged products will be received.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with their original tags and accessories (this includes hangers, plastic bags, tags to hang on clothing) and their respective ticket.
- Returns can only be requested within the territory of continental Chile.
- Returns that do not meet the aforementioned requirements will be returned to the client, prior deposit of the office. In addition, the money corresponding to the original purchase will not be refunded.
- The shipping costs for the return or exchange are borne by the customer.
- If the product returns to the store in breach of the return conditions, the user must pay for the return shipment if he wants to recover his product.
- Accessories and swimwear have NO refunds or exchanges.
