Refund policy
For online purchases, you have up to 30 days (from the day you received the product) to manage an exchange or return.
For online exchanges, you can come directly to the store or send the product by mail attaching the receipt to Nueva Costanera 4010, Local 6, Vitacura, addressed to Camille.
The shipment must be made with tracking possibility. Camille store is not responsible for the non-reception and/or loss of the product during its dispatch.
ANY RETURN OR EXCHANGE IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

Only unused, unwashed and undamaged products will be accepted.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, with their original tags and accessories (including hangers, plastic bags, tags to hang on clothes) and their respective receipt.

Returns can only be requested within the territory of continental Chile.

Returns that do not meet the mentioned requirements will be returned to the customer, after the deposit of the shipment. In addition, the money corresponding to the original purchase will not be refunded.

Shipping costs for the return or exchange are the customer's responsibility.

If the product returns to the store failing to meet the return conditions, the user must pay for the return shipping if they want to recover their product.

Accessories and swimsuits cannot be returned for money or exchanged.
